All prices are enlarged by 30% for guests staying for less than 4 days
Included in the price are: utilities, bed sheets, towels, cleaning, parking place. Use of air-conditioning (cooling/heating) is an additional 5€ per day.
Reservations are confirmed after an agreed upon down-payment is transferred to our bank account. Guests will receive a full refund of their down-payment for cancelled reservations only if the cancellation is made at least 20 days prior to the reservation date.
